11094101MAC 941S is used on a convection oven and grill for a removal of stubborn or burnt grease. Wash well-dried fats and grease. Application: apply the product to the surface with a spray gun or brush. Allow product to act from 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water after use. The product can be used in convection ovens equipped with automatic washing systems and liquid detergent dosing equipement. After application, rinse with plenty of water or rinse aid MAC 921SC, depending on the type of convection oven.
The product is not suitable for use on light metals (such as aluminum, etc.).
For better results apply the product to a warm surface of no more than 55-60 degrees. Do not allow the product to dry on a washable surface!
